Guy Lindsey
Executive Vice President/Design & Construction
Mr. Lindsey heads up all aspects of design and construction for Northview Hotel Group, including all pre-development planning, design team and contractor oversight, contract negotiations, budget preparation and hands on project management. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lindsey has been responsible for the construction and renovation of over $1 billion of hotel and restaurant projects throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining Northview in early 2007, Mr. Lindsey was employed by Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., where he served as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction. In this capacity, he oversaw all aspects of hotel renovations, conversions and developments for Sunstone’s owned hotels. During his tenure with Sunstone, Mr. Lindsey oversaw a team of 24 project managers and assistants, and worked on over 125 projects, with a total combined value of over $550 million. Prior to joining Sunstone, Mr. Lindsey served as Executive Vice President of Complete Property Services, Inc., a general contractor specializing in hotel renovation and construction based in Tampa, FL. In this capacity, he managed the day to day operations of the company for all hotel renovation/construction management.
From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Lindsey was a project manager for Holiday Inn Worldwide responsible for capital improvements on a portfolio of 25 hotels.
Mr. Lindsey holds a B.A. degree in Building Science from Auburn University.
