Construction Management

Due Diligence: Our team is involved with all aspects of the due diligence process, including verifying/confirming the recommended scope of the project or renovation, preparing budgets and schedules for capital projects and negotiating brand PIPs

Pre-Construction: Prior to construction, our team supervises the hiring of architects, interior designers, purchasing agents, landscape architects and mechanical and electrical engineers; manages the design process; negotiates with contractors; oversees contract preparation with contractors and consultants; and finalizes the renovation budget, scope and schedule.

Construction: During construction, our team manages all aspects of the renovation process including: coordinating directly with contractors and consultants; monitoring and maintaining quality standards for all aspects of the project scope; and ensuring the renovation is completed to the desired quality level, on time and on budget.
